Notice of Intercity Bus Cancellation Fee Policy Change Hello. This is a notification from Bustago. Effective Date: Thursday, May 1st, 2025 Category Condition Weekdays (Mon-Thu) Weekends & Holidays (Fri-Sun) Holidays (Lunar New Year, Chuseok) Ticket (including mobile ticket) After ticket issuance Before Departure 2 days before 0% 0% 0% 1 day to 3 hours before 5% 7.5% 10% Within 3 hours until departure 10% 15% 20% After departure ~ 1 hour before 40% 40% 40% After reservation After Ticketing 1-4 hours after departure 50~70% 50~70% 50~70% Over 4 hours after departure 100% 100% 100% For holidays, cancellation fee applies from 2 days before, including the day before, day of, and the day after Lunar New Year or Chuseok. For cancellations made between 1 hour and 4 hours after departure From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 → 50% applies From May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 → 60% applies From May 1, 2027 onward - 70% applies If ticket is canceled within 1 hour of booking (excluding post-booking tickets), the fee is waived. (However, only if the cancellation is made before the scheduled departure.) Cancellation fee is rounded down to the nearest 100 KRW We will do our best to provide a more stable service. thank you
